At Ls Tech NG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, complete with the original packaging.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, please include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, follow our return process outlined below.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take time for your refund to post. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@lstechng.com.
Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@lstechng.com and send your item to our physical address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to our Lagos Address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
